I'm Gus Ramos, and I work at micro1. We're looking for strong software engineers, and after reviewing your GitHub profile, we thought you could be a great fit for micro1’s Realm.

If you don’t know who we are, our goal is to help train Frontier AI labs and Fortune 50 companies’ AI as a tool for humans, not a replacement.

In this project, you’ll help evaluate frontier coding agents’ ability to perform complex, long-horizon software engineering tasks in real-world codebases at micro1's Realm division.

You’ll design challenging engineering scenarios and rigorous evaluation environments that reveal how well these agents can reason, plan, navigate unfamiliar systems, and produce reliable solutions over extended workflows.
