Infragistics Controls

All,

   I’ve removed the dependency on the Infragistics controls, replacing it with the Fluent Ribbon Control (http://fluent.codeplex.com/) and the WPF Toolkit. This should allow anyone now to grab the trunk and compile the project. I’ll have the 0.4 release of Scutex out around the end of the year with major focus on the 25 character license key and control/component licensing.
