Ideas for the next Slam

Ideas we discussed for the next Sculpture Slam:

Theme: Collide

Limiting ourselves to one or two colors.

Making true 3-D pieces.
This was mentioned because most everyone at sculpture slam this
weekend was a painter and we all did wall hangings that were more 2-D
than 3-D.

Making sure that the pieces we create will have a "home".
We talked about the fact that it is easier to find a place for 2-D
work than it is for 3-D work.

Finding an art event in the community to attend after our slam.

Am I missing anything?

This sounds really cool. It sounds like low pressure fun. The welded
sculpture contest at Bellingham Tec. is pretty intense and demanding.
I have difficulty doing anything art related that is not already
sold. I would enjoy a dedicated day to work on one of many ideas that
never came to reality.
