Spring 4 support

Hi,

I tried a bit more with Sculptor. It is great but what about support of newer framework version (Spring 4) and Java-based configuration. I tried a bit with the templates but it is not as simple as documented. There is always the devil in the details. Is there any further planning?

Spring 4 is on the roadmap for Sculptor 3.1 (see #120). A discussion on this can be found here. But currently there's no progress.

To update the templates we need a Spring 4 version of our reference application first. Any interest to help?

Cool. It would be great if you could generate the (Spring3-based) library example (Sculptors reference application) and update the generated application to Spring 4 with Java-based config. Here we need a diff / patch file with all necessary changes. This helps us to identify the corresponding Sculptor templates which have to changed in order to support Spring 4.

Maybe we should maintain Sculptors reference application (starting with the current version of the generated library example) together with Sculptors generator + templates within the projects GitHub repository.

The current develop branch is on Spring 4.1 now (see #120). A new example was added (see #167) to showcase Sculptor with Spring Boot and (manually coded yet) Java Config.

For generating Java Config some Sculptors templates have to be updated (#166).
