Final preparations for release of version 3.0.4

After closing a few issues Sculptor version 3.0.4 is ready to be released. A draft of the release notes is available here http://sculptorgenerator.org/documentation/whats-new#version-304.

I think issue #45 is resolved.  I left it open because I wanted to take another look and see about improving the code.  I'm planning on looking at it in a couple days.  So if you create a release before then, I think we can mark #45 closed, and I'll make any improvements in the next release.

That’s a good idea. I’m planning to cut the release of version 3.0.4 on thursday or friday this week. So I’m closing #45 now.
