Lead Architect/Tech Lead for SharePoint team developing a SharePoint application for European market. Will work with Java developers who are providing backend web services. Initial Architecture and Design completed. Need Leader who can drive project to completion, working well with Project PM and delivery leads.
Skills Required . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Strong MOSS 2007 development experience. Great communication skills - written and verbal. Good listener, team player. Proven experience leading a team of SharePoint developers. Nice to have:  SharePoint Globalization & localization experience.

5-7 YEARS + EXPERIENCE.--NO H1b  Must have banking industry experience, will consider candidates out of investment banking as well.  Must be able to design a complex workflow for a global system, have strong UI design skills, have solid experience & understanding of rules (jrule exp is a plus).  Risk experience a big very plus. Spring & Hibernate a big plus.  Knowledge of C++ a very big plus. Candidates must understand/be able to speak about dependency injection. Java/J2EE Design Patterns Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design & Development, comfortable with using new technologies Extensive architectural/design experience w/ enterprise system Websphere/Weblogic/Application Server Cross Language development skills a plus IProcess JRules Flex BlazeDS Knowledge of middleware (TIBCO/JMS) a plus Database programming

  Applicant must meet ALL of these requirements.   Description:

Java Solutions Architect w/ hands on Development skills   THIS IS A NEW TEAM THAT WILL BE BUIDING  A NEW CREDIT RISK APPLICATION FOR COMMERCIAL BANKING. THE CANDIDATES NEED TO BE HARDCORE CODERS.   The commercial banking group  is currently in the process of automating the approval process globally, which will allow bankto close business faster, have more control on the process and provide better risk management, and will allow productivity gains that will save money as well as get more business.     Team wants to build a configurable global application and needs a strong Java Arch/Dev to help them evaluate and decide on a strategic direction.  Initially, this will be a 30 country roll-out, but the application will be introduced to additional countries in the near future.  The resource must be familiar with a wide range of UI tools and be comfortable serving as the SME accross UI products.   They're currently using Flex, but are open to bringing in new products. These Java Solutions Architects to lead 3 on-site vendor development teams.

Client is looking for senior program managers with the following qualifications:

 - experience in Commercial Banking/Local Commercial Banking

- strong technical knowledge (doesn't have to be a hands-on coder, but must understand technology, the full SDLC, etc)

- strong understanding of the credit/loan life cycle  - i.e. the loan approval process, risk management process, etc.

- Director level experience within a large, multinational organization

- A solid credit risk background

- Exceptional problem solving skills.

- Strong communication skills.
