Requirement Details
Business Analysis with experience working with Business to understand 
their requirements and create Business Requirement document. Should have strong 
data skills to understand system requirements.

Skills :

1) Financial industry experience. Retail Banking  Domains preferred.  
2) Credit department in a bank & credit systems
3) Back office processing  - General ledger, settlement, accounting
4) Superior communication skills with ability to work closely with Business 
partners and IT developers
5) Strong Data base skills in SQL Server -  Data 
Warehouse exp a plus

6) Experience creating Project Charter,Business requirement document, process 
flow diagrams, sequence diagrams, system requirement document 

7) Plus point (not a must) : SSRS/SSAS/.Net knowledge
