from what I understand they have interviewed a few people in California and didn’t go for their Financial experience. If the person you have is from California and did not yet interview with them then they will deffinately interview them in California, If you have someone in NYC who is willing to relocate than they will interview here in NYC

Troubleshoot problems, whether due to data or software, and work to rapidly implement repairs. Be an expert resource on one or more development environments or programming languages. Provide a high level of support and functional assistance to end users.
