Description: There is a need of a feature that generated automated email to
the mentor and mentee telling them they have been matched.
The email will provide the mentor and the mentee with the information of
what they need to do next - such as contact their mentee or mentor and go
to the website and confirm if contact has been established.

Basic implementation is available as of revision r258.

For continue to work on this issue we need preferred Email Templates.
