to you. I hope you're fully recovered now. I took the holiday
period off and am now catching up. Before the holidays I conferred
with Bryan Endriss and Ryan Rivard on the resilience and land tenure criteria
respectively and tried to capture the results of our conversations in the
attached spreadsheet. We might be able to add more detail over time,
but I have taken it as far as I can with current resources and I believe
that I could use this to support drafting actual standards text, which
of course was the purpose of the spreadsheet. I hope we can move
on to that step soon, perhaps after the 1/17 call?
Regarding the attachment, I really appreciate your providing interim milestones to help us keep progressing and I understand that you would want to have all the information possible to address inevitable challenges to the eventual standard. However, I don't want to make this more complicated than necessary, or get distracted from the real goal, which is to draft standards language. So I have filled in the columns that I found useful, including the tiers columns, but have not added rows for performance levels, which is what tiers are for (as I understand it, although I see that this is exactly what you want to discuss).
So, sorry about my tardy reply, and I'm happy to confer. Thursday 1/5 at 11:00 or between 2:00 and 4:00 Central would be good times for me. Also, I don't have a coordinating committee call on my calendar for 1/10, so could I please trouble you to send me the announcement again? I'll copy the coordination group for info as well as the econ group. Best,

I hope your holiday was very relaxing. I rested a bit more than usual, so that is good.
Can I have some of your time this week? We have a Coordinating Committee Call next Tuesday and I want to gear up for that and the Quarterly Meeting the Tuesday after that. Even 30 minutes to talk about Tiers and Performance Levels and check in would be great. Thanks!
