Reference Library & Info - Notes from Aug 31 Call

Hello everyone –
The notes from last Monday’s call are now available on the Reference Library & Info Subcommittee ‘Files’ page: http://groups.google.com/group/scs-001reference_information/files.
Betsy and Bill – If you could send me any edits by Friday, I would greatly appreciate it.
It seems like most of the action items are on my end this time around. I have added the word ‘Wiki’ to the heading of the Wiki, as recommended. I have also posted the document search guidance that Betsy Peterson created to both the Wiki and Reference Library home pages. This week, I will work on setting analytics for the Reference Library, creating the information road map that shows which types of documents are available where and how to get from one site to another, and creating a specific page within the Reference Library for documents that need to be centralized.
Also, we seem to have mastered the glitches in GoToMeeting, so we are going to hold off exploring other conference call options for the time being, unless I receive protests from subcommittee members J
