Urgency awakens, Pangs start overtaking.
Natural needs no forsaking.
Draining release a must.
A wee is essential even if a fuss.


It's mean not to keep the body clean.
Won't keep hushed, Better a flush.
Rid of impurities, stifle disease.
Trifle with dirt, avoid lots of hurt.


Make sure you've got,
close to the bed a pot.
Who wants Arthritis? an aching back and a nose that's all snotty
when preventions as simple as using a potty.
