hi everyone. thought that some might find this little python script
useful:

https://github.com/guyromm/Pivotal2ScrumDo

essentially it parses the output of pivotal and transforms it
into .xls files that the scrdumdo importer can feed on.
other than this it has some misc routines that facilitate the import
of extra data not supported (or at least i couldn't get it to work) by
the scrumdo built-in import such as comments, tasks and creator/
assignee context.

a couple of things:

1. i haven't tested it with large/prepopulated databases and very likely the 'insextra' part will fail, tie import data to incorrect stories (it finds them by summary alone) etc.
2. i wouldn't mind at all using your hosted version at scrumdo.com for all the added niceties and no need to administer, but it's possible to only use a part of the import procedure on the hosted version, namely the writexls -> manual import through interface part. since we want to migrate as much of our iteration data as we can that's not good enough for our particular use case. anyone care to pickup the glove and write something more full-featured?
