We will try to answer these questions at the next ProductTank Sofia event. Many organizations claim to have adopted lean processes but few have implemented them effectively. This is especially true in bigger companies or in more complex projects where multiple teams are involved. Our speakers have extensive experience in Lean and Agile and will steer us through the sea of methodologies out there in order to help us understand the pros and cons of each and help us choose the best one for our needs.
