Dear All
When something goes wrong, it smells. In the book Refactoring: Improving the Design of Existing Code by Martin Fowler, Kent Beck dedicated a full chapter just for what now called as CodeSmells. Just like code, over a period of time, even Agile transformations deteriorates and start smelling. It can be as simple as not priortizing higher value item to anything else.

A bad or unusual smell is an indicator of something gone wrong. With respect to Agile, such smells provide early signals about problems related to Agile processes, practices and behaviours. On May 22 2020, Sunil Mundra from Thoughtworks will cover some of the commonly found AgileSmells, which teams need to watch out for. Recognizing these smells early will help the team to nip the problems in the bud in the early stages.
