Kenneth,
Most of my success has been from Linked in. Make sure to put the CSM in your title bar. Keep your profile updated and do a good job of showing your education and experience - the modifications to your profile are what signal to recruiters that you are available or looking. Accept professional connections from all the recruiters that want to connect because it expands your network. Get a few recommendations from people who can attest to the value you bring to the organization as a CSM.
I would also tell you that while you are in the beginning stages of your career as a Scrum Master -- learn, learn, learn!!! Get a mentor, join a user group, read books, watch videos, and get as much practice as you can. Scrum is easy to learn - not quite as easy to implement because there is such a mindset change that needs to happen. If you are actually in a Scrum Master role right now - don't be in a hurry to find new opportunities. Use this time to get the experience you need and help your team become as high performing as possible. All the learning in the world does not outweigh the practical application of scrum.
