Did you book the meeting through Tungle? You should be able to see who confirmed with their email addys. Click on the Management link perhaps. 

Look forward to hearing how the meeting goes. My personal feeling is we need to get to root causes on people feeling overwhelmed to get more involved (in anything). That is where the HUGE opp lies, and also a HUGE impediment to whatever we try to accomplish.  

Think of the community as a very large Scrum team that is saturated already doing many things, and somewhat fragmented by geography and numerous site/tool options for connecting. 

Decide on an intervention and let's see how the system adapts. :)
