Retrospectives improve the way we work, independently and as a team. They are instrumental in building team spirit and trust. We are continuously learning and improving. It also helps identify risks and roadblocks in the early stages.

We learn from the current sprint and implement significant improvements in the next one, to work even more effectively. Here is a simple template you can use for your retrospective meeting.
