Hi all,
i need some practical explanation for what are the ground activity for a scrum master to build a new scrum team. my need is. i have 7 members team. and my project going to start in next 4 weeks. in my team some of them familiar in scrum and some of them not. for the technical things will be taking care by our project manager. thanks in advance.
