I am testing Scroll Viewport on an established Confluence Server instance, but when I try to customize the theme, what I see in the Theme Editor does not match the help files: https://help.k15t.com/scroll-viewport/latest/server/customize-the-theme-168363720.html

I don't understand if the help is out of date, my version of confluence is too old, or I am using the wrong theme. There is no 'theme-settings.properties' in the file tree for the Scroll WebHelp Theme.

Here is what I see:

Thanks for any ideas!

Hi Margaret —

The help link you’re looking at is for the Help Center theme, which is very different from all the other themes, like WebHelp, which is what you’re looking at in the screenshot. Help Center is the spiffy new theme, but it’s less customizable — that can be a plus or minus.

Start here for non-Help Center themes: https://help.k15t.com/scroll-viewport/latest/server/get-started-with-theme-development-172592072.html

Hope this helps,
Sharon

I’m using it with server. You should see “Help Center” in your list of theme options — if not, check for updates — “Help Center Theme” shows up as a separate line item in the Manage apps/user-installed app list (in the admin login). As with the other themes, make a copy, and when you edit the copy, you’ll see a different config editor.

Thank you so much! I think my ancient Confluence version (5.9) was causing my problem.
