Access viewport information using REST or JS API?

Hi there,

I have dynamic content being rendered by JS (rather than in the template).

Is there a REST or JS API I can access to get viewport information about a target page?

For instance, if I generate a hyperlink to a page, is there a way I can retrieve it's viewport URL given the pageId?
