The Scripture Clips for Old Testament is complete! Now I just need some of you to be the beta testers to make sure it all works fine before releasing it to the anxious public. :)
Here is the .ISO file that you burn to a DVD. Here are instructions on the process of burning an .ISO file. Here is the iPad/laptop version. Here are instructions on the process of transferring files to your iPad. if you are new to this, visit scriptureclips.wordpress.com to see last year's instructions.
These are not the final, public links so please don’t share them with anyone else.
I’ll need some of you to really put these through their paces, testing both of them. Do the videos play fine? Do the buttons go where they need to go? That kind of stuff.
Here's a key.
As soon as I hear from you guys that both methods work fine, then I can publish this thing early next week.
Thanks so much for all your help. As usual, this would not turn out nearly so great without all of your suggestions.

Got it. I'm burning a DVD now to see if the same thing happens to me. Let's see what other people's experience is. Do you mind installing the free application VLC player and seeing happens when you play the.ISO file directly from your computer? Your .Iso may simply be corrupted.

Susan,
The first link, the .Iso file, is meant to be burned to a blank DVD and played on a DVD player. If you're not tech savvy, that may be outside your comfort zone. The second link, a zip file full of iPad-happy .mp4 video files, is meant to be synced to your iPad and viewed on the iPad. Maybe recruit a tech savvy buddy?
Mike
It appears that the .Iso file got corrupted when I uploaded it. Makes sense: my internet seems to be having trouble and it is taking hours just to upload one file. I'm uploading a new file now and will let you know.
Mike
I’m having the same problem with 4, 6, 13, 30, 33, 40, 50
Great. That means we've narrowed it to the fact that the file got corrupted on upload. I will take the file down until a new one is posted.

Mike, I'm only on Round one but there's a problem with #4, #6 and #13---they won't play. They just exit out of the game.I particularly love the one about jobs (#9) and the new Star Wars one is awesome ( (#25)I am stumped by # 20...the black guy singing. Is he Knine? What SM is this?Once again...EXCELLENT JOB. Can't wait to show my kids!Cathy Woodward

Alright. Got a new file loaded. Here is the link. Can you make sure that all the videos work? Thanks!About the Star Wars clip: I actually could have been done a while ago, but I had to wait until Star Wars came out on Bluray this week because I knew I wanted to use that scene. :)

Wondershare? Mmm. Never heard of it. Glad the iPad videos worked. The Clips will be posted publicly on scriptureclips.wordpress.com soon.
