Transferring files from Wordpress to Omeka

Good morning -

I have a set of image files + transcriptions using the Wordpress + Scripto plug-in on Peannairi.com - and I am starting an Omeka + Scripto site at anpharoiste.com. Is there a way of exporting the files + transcription from the Wordpress site and importing them to the Omeka site?

That will likely be a manual process, unless you can get someone to script the import of the native WordPress export XML.
