Scripto terms of use

I'm finding out about Scripto, because I would probably use it as part of my thesis research.

I'm looking for the terms of use, but can't seem to find them anywhere on scripto.org

Where it is?

I know it is free and available, but I was wondering if there was terms of use as in the case of Omeka for example (GNU General Public Licenses) or if there simply no terms of use?

Yes, the licensing is GNU GPL v.3.
