Thank you for directing me to that paper. Fantastic set of studies.
I’ve seen it before, but didn’t think to look at it. From Study 3 the
upshot seems to be that there are numerous possible sources of noise,
that ScriptingRT may add a few dozen ms to presentation time, and that
it seems to do quite well if one is not expecting the precision
required of subliminal presentation times.
