Setting for look in files to ignore certain folders/files?

Is there a setting to make scripted's "Find in Files" feature ignore directories or certain types of files?

I've added a jsdoc folder to my project.  But when searching for code, I don't want it

1. Taking extra time searching the html files

2. Cluttering up my results list with documentation results instead of my code.
