Localization of ScriptCS

I would like to lead the localization effort of ScriptCS. And I think I can start with the IReplCommand description method.

My main area of concern is how this should be setup in the solution.  Should we have a separate project for resource files for localization? Ordo we just the required resource files to each project?

In the screenshot below, I have add the resource description files in a folder of the assembly for ReplCommand.  Therefore we have the namespace:

ScriptCs.Localization
