Loading all scripts in a directory

Is there a way to load all scripts in a directory?

Something like #load "./scripts/*" ?

Not currently. The way I handle this is I generate a load script that has just a series of #load's based on scanning the file system. You could plug in a custom line processor to do this though.

Basically you would author a #loadfolder line processor that would then be plugged in via a module.
