scriptcs version 0.16.0 fails to locate assemblies in gac

to scriptcs

Windows Server 2012 R2.

Script:

#r "System.Management.dll"

This will fail with [FileNotFoundException] when using scripts version 0.16.0

Reverted to version 0.15.0 and everything works fine again.

What may be the problem?
