As to the project being dead, @walterhiggins frequently has long pauses between his interactions with this project. So code here doesn't change as frequently as with other projects. But "dead"? We don't know.
When the big internal changes hit the game, Bedrock got it's own scripting, and other projects started springing up, it seemed to me that the future of ScriptCraftJS was in question, so I backed away to see what was going to happen. But it's been a long time and we're still not sure.
ScriptCraftJS can/should only go away if there are other good/better alternatives. There are other options like Prismarine for coding and Scratch for education. Does SCJS still offer unique value-add? If it does then let's keep it going.
FWIW, I still have the Facebook and Twitter accounts. I apologize to this community and Walter for not keeping up with those, but I just wasn't sure about what was happening here. I also committed to creating a new website, which I did create but got stuck in details before publishing, and then still did not publish because of these other reasons. I didn't know the
scriptcraftjs.org site was gone until now. It looks like I still have admin access for this repo too.
So we need to understand who is using SCJS, why we still want it, and what the potential audience is.
And it would really help to know what @walterhiggins wants to do.
