Add support for makecode?

Has anyone looked at adding makecode as a frontend, to complement the scratch interface? I'm testing minecraft education and its makecode interface seems to work pretty well. I plan to support both Java edition and EE for code education workshops and summer camps and it would be great to have a common high quality block gui interface. I haven't given up on Scratch tho.
