I'm new here. I should install Scriblio for an Austrian library
(Europe). They want have a Scriblio project with a specific part of
their catalog.

Unfortunately the Scriblio search function doesn't work in my
environment.
Please help me to install Scriblio in correct way.

After several experiments ( with different versions and different
servers), I always have the same situation:

If the bsuite plugin is activated, the search function couldn't find
anything.
(is there anything wrong with my SQL tables ??)

On the other hand, if I deactivate the bsuite and scriblio plugins the
Wordpress search function works properly.

With scriblio Importer it is possible to harvest records from
lola.plymouth.edu.

It is also possible (only with Firefox not with Internet Explorer) to
enter catalog records.

Technical details:

Server:

Apache 2.0.59 (Unix) - inode provider
PHP Version 5.2.5
mysql 5.0.32

Trials with different versions:

1. Wordpress 2.8 German version

plugins

bsuite
bSuite 4.0.5

scriblio
Scriblio 2.7-r2

problems: search function
category "Allgemeines" has too much hits

2. Wordpress 2.7.1 english version

bsuite
bSuite 4.0.5
bSuite Tag Importer 4.0.4

scriblio
Scriblio 2.7-r2
Scriblio III Connector 2.7 b03
Scriblio MARC File Connector 2.7 b3

Import works with Scriblio III Connector.

Problem: search function

automatically installation Plugin bsuite 4.0.6
without any effect.

3. Wordpress 2.7.1 english version

bsuite 4.0.3
Scriblio 2.7-r2

Problem: search function

What's going wrong ?

Dear group members,

I think now my problem is related with the version of MY SQL !

The IT departement has now updated the webserver to MY SQL to Version
5.0.51a.
Now I have better results in this environment.
On my other Webserver ( provider inode) MYSQL 5.0.32 is installed,
and then MYSQL can't parse the INNER JOIN stmt from the query.

Do you think I am right? Is there anyone with similar experiences ??

Is there anywhere in WP a switch for error messages (MYSQL and PHP) ?

Best Regards

helmut
