We are trying to use Scribd APIs with our system. Have used PHP client
libraries to test this and have provided all correct informations, but
it still keeps on giving document "PROCESSING" error, same can be
checked from the following:

Any suggestions?

It's not an error, but an indication that the document is still being converted. On a rare occasion (say, a computer procesing it crashed midflight), a document can get stuck in this state for a couple hours.
Also, it looks like our copyright filter didn't like your upload (I know that book is distributed freely, but our copyright filter doesn't).
