Scribd Javascript API - blank preview - can only view fullscreen

When I embed a PDF document via the Scribd Javascript API, I can only view the document by clicking the fullscreen button. The preview is blank. Any possible reasons for this?

I'm also getting this issue - though only in the last few days. Is there something that changed in the API that would've caused this?

Hi all -

I would like to investigate this.  Can you answer the following:

- Are you using the Flash or HTML5 viewer?

- Can you send me screenshots, or, preferably, direct links to a page where this is happening?
