Error in docs.getDownloadUrl

Hello,

I am using a Scribd PHP Api and calling a function docs.getDownloadUrl  but for some specific PDF documents I am getting a below error:

Internal error - expected format could not be found  (Error Code: 507)

Can some one help me that what could be the reason of this issue ?
