Hi folks. I'd like to embed a map on a website and have students/
survey takers draw where they think certain boundaries are, then
'submit' what they've done to an email address or something along
those lines directly from the webpage. Scribble seems good for that,
especially if the maps can be exported as shp files to cut down on the
time it would take to scan, georeference, and digitize hand drawn
maps. Does scribble have this ability? Are there any programs that
can do this?
