Create a placemark or add an image that behaves like a polygon

Hello, I finally found a program that has the features I was looking
for ScribbleMaps, congratulations on your progress!
My question is because when I add an image in your map, it does not
keep the original size, for example when I zoom out it will become
increasingly small and is associated with the scale at which to
insert! Was it even intended to do and I just saw this feature in your
program. I wonder what was the scope of this mechanism they can put to
work on Google earth, for example add on Google earth or Google maps,
an image or a placemark, that change its size depending on the zoom in
or zoom out, through the scale that was inserted.
