Seco moved to Github

Hi,

Just a quick note that I've moved Seco (HyperGraphDB based scripting environment) from Google Code to Github:

https://github.com/bolerio/seco

The wiki pages at Google Code are not many and will have to be manually migrated one by one. But when time comes to move HyperGraphDB, it will be a real pain as the only automatic tool around, a Python script, appears to be quite buggy.
