On july 15th Mr.Sudhish made an update on screenwritingindia.com
website with Mr.Hariharan's guidelines for the concept note. To my
surprise Mr. Sudish says "Just copy-pasting Mr. Hariharan’s guidelines
again:" but that was the first time I came across the guidelines. I
attended both IIT and Prasad sessions.

i) I just wanted to know when was the first time the guidelines were
given
ii) is there a seperate online community for the official participants

The guidelines were sent to to Chosen Ones group and put on the
website again. Are you part of the chosen ones group? Email invites
were sent to all including this ID you have sent your email from. I
think you might not have been going to googlegroups.com and logging in
with your ID to access those mails.
Which is why we posted it again on the website.
They are not rules to follow. There are no rules.
These guidelines were given after some of the participants insisted on
more clarity on what is expected.
