Signup / Login issues. No password reset, support tickets broken.

I just joined and it didn't ask for a password, just my email.

Then, I upgraded my subscription to a paid version, left the site and came back.

Now it's asking me to login with username/password but I never chose a password and received no welcome email or confirmation of payment etc.

I tried to reset my password but no email comes through.

To top it all off, when I tried to send a support request through, I get this!
