Data Entry automation on a web app

Hi. - New user looking to adapt screenster for my org. 

Ask - We have an internal website wherein the users enter customer data on the website

and Saves. They can search and Edit these records.

Can Screenster be used to automate data entry where the user can save data in CSV or XL spreadsheet that can be imported into screenster to auto populate fields and Save and Repeat the whole iteration?
