Slow online testing

Hello!

I make the test in online demo - mode. 

And have the next questions: 

1. in the Record process the website that I want to test is really slow responding (especially scrolling)

2. When I want to run Test I see "Waiting Starting" for ~2min. After re-loading the page I get the updated status

3. I don't see anything on Page https://free.screenster.io/runs/runprogress: "No scheduled runs were found" even if I start Run.

Is this problem just for Demo-accouns?
