Screen grab cant save large images?

Hi. Im newcomer in the business of screen grabbing and my problem is
hopefully banal and easy to fix: When I try to make large images like
12000 x 12000 and go to the screen grab icon, press save and then
press the save complete page/ frame option nothing more happens. It
seems that I can save smaller images like 8000 x 8000. Is there an
upper limit to the size of the image? Great program - what a shame
that I didnt know about screen grab until now!
