Cannot capture Flash with Screengrab

I have a couple of pages that I think are 100% flash. When I direct
screengrab to "Copy Complete Page/Frame", the buffer retains the
previous data and does not copy the new image.

Screengrab works fine on all other sites.

I am using FF 5.0, SG 0.96.3 and Flash 10.3.181.34 on an XP Pro
machine.

Am I doing something wrong?
