Problem with the app " Go Locker"

Screebl lite 3.0.50
Android 4.4.3

I have been using this app since my first Android device it works perfectly okay.
Recently i installed and used "Go Launcher" and "Go Locker" screebl is enabled
when my phone is on but still locked with "Enable At Power-on" is unchecked in
the setting. I prefer putting screebl in service when my phone is unlocked with "Go
Locker" same as with the stock google locker.

How can it be done? Thank you.
