Screamer 4.0.0 out (nothing new, really)

Just a heads-up. Today I pushed a version called 4.0.0 to

It is very much the same as what used to be 3.20 in that tree, except
it should work on Lispworks too. Hopefully, fingers crossed.

My old plan was to at some point release 3.21 which would have been
the final cleaned up version with a full manual of "classic"
screamer... but it turns out that Debian was calling their version
3.24, which was confusing the heck out of people.

So I just decided to bite the bullet and called what is now there 4.0.0.

(This should not be taken as a sign that I would have moved into
active development mode... pace will likely remain as glacial as ever
on my part. Faster people are very much invited in.)
