Hi all
I have play pro, I loaded up some Ninja V material ProRes Raw that comes from an FX3. Clips load but when I play them I don't hear anything, previously I had a CalDigit 3 TB3 hub plugged so maybe it was the output of sound but I disconnected it only having my speakers on. Software recognize a waveform signal but on the mixers all numbers are yellow on but no signal levels are shown this are in gray. HELP! thank you

Hi Santiago,
Play Pro does not do an automatic downmix on macOS.
I suspect the main content is on audio channels 3 and 4 - hence won't go out to the stereo (channels 1 and 2) speakers.
You can reroute them in the Output tab (from your screenshot) at the bottom and
have channels 3 & 4 also go out output 1 & 2.
Let us know if that does the trick.
Cheers,
Mazze

Hi Mazze
Indeed I did the switch and the go back again to having each channel in their corresponding number and it worked both for playback and render export

Glad to hear.
Just as a side note: The settings (mixer, output routing) in the audio panel are only for monitoring. Rendering is separate from that.
If the source clip has 4 channels and you enable 4 channels in the render menu, the 4 channels will get piped through 1:1, no matter what is set in the audio panel ;-).
Cheers,
Mazze

Hm... that is strange.
I cannot reproduce that here and so far, monitoring settings are completely separate from rendering.
Are you absolutely sure you did not by any chance have channels 3 and 4 disabled in the render dialog?
Thanks,
Mazze
