Creating of groups with identical name

By definition it is not allowed to create groups with identical names.
1. I can create "andy"---------------------> shows up as a created
group "Andy"
2. I can create 'andy<20h>" -----------> shows up as a created group
"Andy "
Character 20h is not visible to the user.
Character HEX 20h <space> should not be allowed as the first and/or
last character of a group name string.
