An email address already existing in [rules of membership] i.e.
<x...@domain.com> gets duplicated in [rules of membership] by adding
the same email address i.e <x...@domain.com> again?. It should be
overwritten!

A unique email address must only be present one (1) time in [rules of
membership].

I often time work with entire batches of emails (10, 20 or more) and
use copy/paste to add email addresses to [rules of membership]

Just verified that the "join group" feature doesn't work if the emails
are not flattened in [rules of membership]
