Hi everybody,
The Appveyor now continuously packages the latest SCRAM version
from the develop branch
so that folks/testers on Windows don't need to setup development environment.
This allows testing of latest features under current development
that have not been packaged into the current release on Sourceforge.

Also, it can be used to verify bug fixes in the development branch.
The current development builds include the GUI.
